INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

After your company has the grading of the containment pad and surveying of containment system placement staked according to your company’s specification as well as any helicals or ground wire installation complete we will arrive to start the installation on the pre-scheduled date before the production equipment will be set.
We can either install the complete system or leave out a portion of walls for easy access of the roustabout crew to install the production equipment. After roustabouts and electricians are finished we return to close and seal the portion that was left open.

    We have other suppliers that use 14 gauge materials; and can be powder coated or galvanized. Walkovers are an additional popular option.

In addition, we carry a Commercial Pollution Liability policy of $1M that covers clean-up costs associated with a failure on any new installation. This insurance coverage is only provided if we have installed the liner on a new location (before production equipment has been set) with the liner placed under the tanks, treater, and up the wall sides of the containment, providing a monolithic liner.
